Fat Flush recommends walking for 20 mins, 5 times a week, and also adding in some weight exercises. I have also heard that for every 5 mins extra you walk you are doing incredible good for your body! Its such a small amount of time to exercise, I love not having to slave away in a gym for an hour or more and know I am exercising effectively.
Any trainers on the site who can verify this?? Or provide other tips??
