I do,
3 cups water
1 cup almond milk
60 grams blue berries
60 grams cranberries
10 grams sesame seeds
10 grams flax
2 cups spinach
2 cups kale
3 sheets of roasted seaweed
2 servings of protein

Drink half in the morning, and half in the evening. Probably nothing could make you feel better.

1/4 cup oats, 1cup almond milk, 1 cup applesauce, cinnamon, sweetener, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp PB2.. Blend, refrigerate for 4 hours, then freeze and let thaw overnight as desired. I make for the whole week, so I freeze them..

1/3 Cup Water
1 Scoop Whey Powder
1 Cup NF Greek Yogurt
2 TB Xylitol
1 TB Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 TB Almond Butter

Stop and blend

1 Cup of Frozen Berries (Black, Blue, or Rasp)

Final Blend & Serve
____________

If you don't want whey powder, replace with banana and one TB less xylitol.

I think its because of antioxidents, and blueberries and cranberries and very high. Along with some beans. But wild blueberries are second on the list, and cranberries are 6th, says wiki. And strawberries are 11th, and I don't trust strawberries these days that grow to a fist size in California and have photo's that say "Stay out poison" from all the chemicals and fertalizers or what ever they get sprayed.

bobo,
That is a carb loading smoothie Shock not a meal replacement.

Use the 'Cookbook' feature here to create your recipe, it will add up the nutrition and allow you to add it easily every day to your tracker.

When I added your recepie for fun, it came up 432 calories; Fat 9g; Carbs 94g; Protein 6g

I would make these changes:
Add in a serving of protein powder and cut back the berries to 1/2 to 3/4 cup total (for flavor). I often add a tablespoon of peanut butter, for the flavor. I also add extra fiber via a powder.

@bobo, you take the oats and chia seeds and grind them. Then put in blender with the other ingredients. It is a smoothie and it comes to 225 calories if you use unsweetened almond milk and the PB2 powder and artificial sweetener
