They both started May of 2012. When they first started I was very skeptical but the results so far have really impressed me. I am so proud of them.

I have heard of Herbalife but was skeptical as well so I never looked into it. Sounds like they have seen great results so maybe I should have researched it before.

Just research healthy eating and weight loss. There is so much free information on the internet.
I spend my money on nutritious food and work out at home. No need to fall for marketing bullsh*t.
Keep your money in your bank account, and use it to pay for new clothes or plan a vacation so you can give yourself an awesome treat when you reach your goal.
You don't need to buy anyones book, or buy a gym membership or any expensive machines for your home because a friend or commercial tells you thats what you need to do to lose weight and get in shape. You don't need to buy premade meals or supplements that tell you they will make you lose weight.
Take a little time and learn how to eat properly. The right choices will help you live longer and healthier for free.
Please don't waste your money.

I have been on Herbalife since Oct 2012 and lost 33 pounds. I have since gone on USN Diet Fuel because it is less expensive here in SA, but the concept is the same for me. I dont like cooking food for myself so I used to buy junk food because it was just easier. I understand that there are healthy foods that a person could eat and that shakes cost money, but I spend way less on "food" now and I dont have to cook at all. It also costs a lot less this way for me. I have never felt healthier. A typical diet for me is : 7am - one shake (200 calories). 10am - one fruit or a protein like boiled egg or nuts. 1pm - one shake (200 calories). 3pm - fruit or protein. 6pm - chicken breast / fish / canned tuna and steamed veg. I have been eating like this for almost 4 months and I have cheated - with cocktails especially.... Smile. When I go out, I drink whiskey and water (takes time to get used to it though) or light beer with 78 calories. People say you cannot eat like this for the rest of your life, but I surely can - love my shakes. Once I reach my goal, I will just scale down to one shake lunch time and a healthy breakfast instead.

I would not necessarily recommend 2000 calories. Use the calculator, to make sure. The RDI (recommend det daily intake) varies a LOT from person to person. If you feel that you want a faster weight loss ...
