Ok,
I am all in to lose at least 20 lbs. This looks like a good place to start. My diet will be low fat, no fried foods, increase good carbs(fruits & veggies), cut back on red meats, eat more beans, and drink a lot less Mich ultra beer, and more H2O. I know that if I burn 500 cals a day with exercise, and reduce my 2400 RDI by 500 it is possible to lose 2 pounds a week. I also know from experience that logging is what works, that's why I am here on Fatsecret, (for the support of others like me).

welcome Sam,

Just remember to stay on track even if it feels like nothing is improving.... that's where this site can help as well, to keep the motivation up.
