My diet is watching how much I eat. And I try to not eat after 6pm. I used to weigh 235 pounds but then I lost 105 pounds but last winter I gained 30 something pounds back so Im trying to get back to my weight of 130. Its taking sometime but Im getting back down there slowly but surely!!

making progress!
doing good but i can tell you after years of doing low carb high fat... i would not have time to count the calories... i only count the carbs ... and stay about 25 a day... good luck......

Not a diet
Very true. That is for sure the reason I have failed so many times. Currently, my portion sizes are about a third of what they were. I need to stay like that.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
