I got the info on this diet from Womans World magazine, but I don't think it gives enough detail. I expected to lose more weight than I did on the first 3 days.

The magazine does not give enough detail. You should pick up a copy of the Fast Track Detox Diet which the article is a part of. Or the Fat Flush book...do the 1 day juice fast then jump into either the FTTD or do phase 1 of fat flush.

Fit Bit
Can I wear my FitBit on my ankle instead of my wrist? It seems I'd get a more accurate read of steps I take. On my wrist it records my hand gestures when I'm sitting on the sofa and talking!;)

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
