I'm getting ready to start the diet. How are the supplements? Are they really important? I hate to take pills. Did anyone buy the kit or did you buy the supplements from a health food store? Which would be better?

I have done both and find it much easier and cheaper just to buy the Fat Flush Kit from Unikey. You will also be taking a lot less pills everday cause all the stuff you need is packed into the kit. 1-weightloss 2- gla and 1- vitamin twice a day is what I take. You can take 1-weightloss for a third time during the day as recommended.

I find cider vinegar tough to drink with just water. I put a tablesppon of cider vinegar with a skimpy tablespoon of honey and add 7 oz hot water for soothing drink.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
