Hi, everyone! I'm planning to start the Fat Flush Plan January 1! Unfortunately, the book I ordered Saturday probably won't be here by then. Please advise me on what to purchase to start until my book gets here--could you suggest a few veggies from the "okay" list that I could purchase for day one? There are LOTS of choices for cranberry juice and flaxseed oil, but what do I need? Thanks. I'm looking forward to reading about your tips/suggestions!

cut down/eliminate sugar, caffeine and anything whit- like white bread, white potatos, etc. you really will need the book to refer to- so do this as a pre-flush! good luck!

Thank you. That's about what I gathered from posts I've read here and on the Forum. Yesterday I consumed the cranwater (LOTS), spinach salad with a lemon/apple cider vinegar/flax seed oil dressing with boiled egg, celery, and <1/2 grilled chicken breast for dinner, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of turkey. So basically, it sounds like I could've added in the apple? Yesterday was not bad at all. The cranwater is great because I don't really like plain water, so that go to me to drink all day. I appreciate your help. I'm hoping my book gets here today or tomorrow. I did buy the First for Women magazine for the article in there to get some more ideas. Happy New Year!

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
