I am having trouble finding a sample menu for the fat flush plan. There must be one on the sit. Can someone tell me how to find it or, if there isn't give me a quick idea. So far I gather that I should be drinking plain cranberry juice every day and eating flaxseed and avoiding the white foods. Do I count calories? Also, have you all noticed feeling better?

You may want the plan for free but then would miss out on the whole plan. You would not succeed without reading and understanding why you are doing the plan in the first place.

When I first looked into this plan, I went looking for the plan online and when I finally took the advice of buying the book and I actually read it cover to cover it made sense to me as to why to eat the way I now do. It works, you just need to invest in it not just yourself but a little out of your purse too.

Oh & I definately feel better- not just due to weight- no bloating, no stomache aches, etc., I definately recommend this plan.

Just start following your plan again. Simple as that! Back at it! ;) My Dr. actually advised one cheat day a week within reason!

RND ROB you did it great but it is rarely applicable for everyone because of less motivation towards workouts we mostly try managing our weight through diet control so it is gonna be a harmful practice ...

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
