I have been really good about giving up all the drinks that have aspartame in it, diet soda, flavored waters, etc., but last night I had the biggest urge for something sweet to drink. I didn't want to drink tea b/4 going to bed, so I ended up drinking two glasses of ice water to try to quench that sweet craving! Does anyone have any suggestions that's following the FF plan? Do you think it would be alright to make kool-aid and put Stevia in it? Crying or Very sad

Try a decaf tea that has licorice root in it. No it doesn't taste like licorice and it is 100 times sweeter than sugar. Its right in the tea and gives you a really sweet aftertaste. Aveda sells a really yummy one that is pepperment and licorice root. Wink

decaf chai tea - actual tea and not the powdered chai latte - it's naturally sweet and spicy

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
