Just read some things in the new book like:
1, When you drink the hot lemon water, do not add any stevia anymore. It cuts down on the acidity of the lemon, which is what help burn cellulite.

Stevia helps control blood sugar levels and cuts down on sugar cravings. I don't know if it is worth cutting it. You also use so very little of it, so in small amounts it shouldn't counteract the acidity of the lemon.

I started adding cayenne pepper to my lemon water so I don't use any Stevia in it. The cayenne cuts the bitterness, but it also makes it a bit hot. I read about the cayenne on the forum here and not in the book. Does she say anything about that?

i am just reading the book at the moment and Cayenne pepper is ok. helps heat up the body which helps spead up the metabolism.
nothing tastes as sweet as what i can t have

I add cayenne pepper to my lemon water and my eggs, and my fish and chicken. You just have to be very careful on how much you add. I add about 1/8 tsp to 8ounces of my lemon water.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
