OK, besides adding the cayenne pepper to my hot lemon water every morning, I started adding it to my eggs and fish, and meat. You would not believe the HEAT it produces as it speeds up my metabolism. I had to start out w/just a tiny bit, but have increased it some. Try it, you will love it.

I've been using cayenne pepper to season meats instead of black pepper. This morning I tried it in my lemon water. I do seem to be losing more excess fluid today, which is a good thing! It really seemed to cut the bitterness of the lemon too, which also is a good thing!Very Happy

since I don't do hot foods very well, I started out with about an 1/8 of a tsp, and have worked my way up a little bit at a time. I season all my meats and fish with it now.

Cayenne pepper seems to be the flavour. Went out for lunch the other day and had tomatoe soup - delicious - asked is they put chilli in but the said cayenne pepper. Will not be using it.

add the cayenne pepper to your lemon water in the morning for a real metabolism boost. I have heard people use tabasco sauce with the lemon water. hottcha-sour Yikes! but it does work wonders!

I use the cayenne pepper in my lemonade in the morning and take it with me out and about all day - I like it hot but if you dont want it so hot put the cayenne in right before you drink it...the cayenne reacts with the water over time and gets hotter and hotter!

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
