Faith2- I swear the more water/cran water you drink, the easier it seems to be. Once you "lose the taste" for the salty foods, the inches start to come off...!

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
