I know that right now you may not feel good about yourself ..but the outward appearance can change and WILL...It will be hard work but with the support of people here you can do it...You must like yourself and the person you are ...whether you are fat or thin.... accept the way you are now and then make a vow to work on your image..Can you tell I majored in psychology??? Welcome to the site for those who want to make good and be good. Best place to start with this diet is to get the book, while its really large you can skip around and get alot out of it fast so you can start ASAP!

Am I on right track
Hi guys. This is my reading for the day. Fat: 48.78 Carbs: 14.08 Sugar: 4.18, Nett Carbs 9.18 and Protien: 28.21 and Cals: 590. Does this sound right.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
