Hi, I've been on FF off and on for about 5 years. I'm such a fan I am a community leader on the Fat Flush message board on iVillage. I have archived links to recipes from that board on my personal web site ... http://jackmaryetc.com/FatFlush/FFarc.htm and you can also see my personal FF story there ... http://jackmaryetc.com/FatFlush/ffcl.htm

I also have set up a "Fans of Fat Flush" web site ... http://cl-dodgema-ivil.tripod.com/

This is my own obsession, BTW, and I receive no compensation for promoting it.

Its all about detoxing your liver and lymphatic system so that they can do their job of breaking down fat. So you stay away from whites.....sugar, flour, also processed foods, and other substances like salt, caffein, aspertame. Then you feed your body stuff that helps with the detoxing...lemon, unsweetened cranberry juice, flax oil, colon cleansing herbs, etc. Drink lots of fluids and eat a limited amount of lean proteins and fruits and lots of colorful veggies, especially the leafy green varieties. At some point you add freindly carbs to your diet, but I haven't gotten there yet (just started). That about sums it up! I'm all about the detox. I was to help my body do its job. Then I can start to eat more, keeping it healthy, and work out more so that I can increase my metabolism.

I agree, and I have to say (not for the first time) how amazingly simple to follow the diet is! I am one of those people who doesnt need to lose a lot of weight but would feel better if I looked after myself better and dropped 10lbs in the process. Easier said then done....as most of us know.
Then after logging onto this site I tried Sugar busters and just as easily forgot I was 'on a diet'. So I switched to Fat Flush and have been easily following it for 3 weeks - with some good results!
Eat: hot water w. lemon in the mornings, unsweetended cranberry juice, no processed sugars/ rice/ bread (first phase mainly), lots of vegies, fruit snacks, lean protein and up to 2 eggs per day, flaxseed oil and you're on your way.

This diet suits me.
I do the 5:2 diet also, and have restricted my calorie intake on my feed days to only about 1200. Been doing this diet for quite a few months now and love it :)

Succinct, factual. Diets can help manage the deficit but without one you're not losing anything. https://www.youtube.com/watch?... Love this video.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
