I made a little list to have as a reminder when looking at the pie chart and thought it might be helpful for others to share to make sure you are within the guildelines of the PALEO recommendations:
Protein: 19-35%
Carbs: 22-40%
Fats: 28-47%

I have been having a few sliced strawberries every few days with a MIM or scrambled eggs. I use them as a garnish and that way I don't go overboard. No weight gain with a few berries!
