Staying on low carb diet helps me curb cravings. I.e. the more carbs i eat during the day the more i crave. I eat majority of my carbs as fruit and vegetables, and whatever naturally occurs in dairy, but i still have to watch the totals. Also remember that we are all creatures of habit, it takes at least 3 weeks to change your habit if you stay away from a certain food for 3 weeks, you might not crave it any more.
