6 days in, 2nd day here

I started a 30 day challenge with some girls on facebook in a group called young mothers. I started a group on here if anyone would like to join. Anyway so I'm about 6 days into it and this is my second day here. I weighed myself today and realized I had already lost half a pound. Not bad since my goal is 5. I'd like to weigh as much as I did before I had kids but I was told that a good weight for my height is 135 so I'm going for that first. Anyway, I'd like to make some buddies on this site since I really have no one encouraging me besides my fiancé. Today I started with more protein and water and I'm very excited that I've already made some progress. Also, does anyone on here have a problem with sagging skin? Mine isn't too bad but it's in the belly region and I was wondering if anyone knows a way to lessen it besides plastic surgery because I'd like to wear a bikini again one day. Thanks all!

Hi! I'm kind-of in your same boat. I'm 23 and I just had my 3rd child a few months ago. I'm used to being pretty thin and now I weigh the most I have ever weighed in my life! My belly skin is sagging as well, but I started trying to use cocoa butter 3 times a day and doing ab exercises (which I hate!).
It's pretty cool that you saw results so quickly. I'm having issues tracking my weight-loss since it keeps fluctuating, but I only started 5 days ago. I'm gonna have to be patient, I guess.

Yeah we're definitely in the same boat I've been using Aveeno skin tightening lotion. I can't tell if it's working though it says it works after 2 weeks used once a day. I'm going to be 25 on the 26th of this month, I have 3 little ones as well and my youngest is 22 months. I also hate ab exercises lol and that's the place that needs the most work for me so I'm gonna have to suck it up and get to it. So far though all I've been doing is cardio.

No worries if you hate ab exercises.... Cardio burns more calories anyway,even in that area. But I guess it'll be necessary to tone up..ugh. ( I too hate crunches and sit-ups ect...)

Not hungry anymore
I m eating around 600 cal a day for about 4 days now on saturday november 28. A I don t feel hungry anymore.

You can log water in your daily diet intake. Water is pretty individualized anymore. the 8 glasses is some arbitrary number.
