I'm enjoying the recipes, but a bit puzzled about serving sizes. The page gives you calories per serving size, but it's never clear how many servings each recipe makes. For example on the leek and potato soup, the recipe calls for 8 potatoes, while on the asparagus soup it's half a pound of asparagus or something. Surely these two recipes don't make the same amount of soup, so how many servings do they make??

eat too much salt.
And if you're hypothyroid like me, you go through sodium pretty quickly, so you have to salt your meals just to prevent low sodium levels from contributing to your symptoms.
