I started up my first challenge and it begins this Saturday. Looking for others to join me in the challenge to take the fitness assessment and to do a program of exercising at least 3 times a week.

Honestly, I plan very little. I just log after I eat. I do not know how to log that exercise but there is an add button to enter it to your daily log.
