I love Linda's Low carb bc she puts comments at the bottom of each recipe but didnt notice that on Dyans, however Dyan has this list of breakfast and lunch ideas that is ah-mazing!!!Any thoughts or other sites to check out? I am sick of eggs and loosing my mind over lunches and its only been two weeks. THANKS friends !!

by member cpmodem Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese. 28 Apr 13 for diet Atkins
