HI pam-u-la:
1) Live every day with a smile at SOMETHING at least once per day!
2) Love people - and tell them!
3) stay on track with my health and fitness goals for 2013 i.e., get under the goal weight, bike many miles in summer, wear my size 10 clothes!
If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

1) Continue to eat healthy no matter what the stalled scale shows me
2) Continue to exercise at the level I am now and possibly increase it
3) Laugh more, cry less, and let everything else in between roll off my back
