Yay!!! Lost 1.8 lbs on my first day. AND I wasn't hungry all day. I had the munchies last night, like usual, but satisfied them with a bowl of frozen yogurt.
I was sure I'd eatten WAY too much and wasn't going to see any difference on the scale this morning, but there is was!
This diet might actually work for me.
Starting weight 190lbs... Goal 130lbs... *eek*
