Yay!!! Lost 1.8 lbs on my first day. AND I wasn't hungry all day. I had the munchies last night, like usual, but satisfied them with a bowl of frozen yogurt. Smile

I was sure I'd eatten WAY too much and wasn't going to see any difference on the scale this morning, but there is was! Very Happy

This diet might actually work for me.

Starting weight 190lbs... Goal 130lbs... *eek*

with you having your food journal set to private, nobody can have a look to possibly see where you may be going wrong..... also, if you aren't losing on the scales try using the tape measure, sounds ...
