its not so much the chocolate that bothers me or the cake, its the fast food, as i am helping my son's boss on the funfair and will be surrounded by burger vans, donut stands and pancake stalls, not to mention the sweet stalls and over the road from the ground is a subway and they sell the raspberry cheesecake flavour cookies that i like. my son though has said he will help me try and avoid the temptation of the fast food by cooking a stew in his slow cooker for us to eat while we are out working.
its just a big shame i hate the ground where we will be as i am an avid supporter of doncaster rovers fc and the ground where i'll be is leeds uniteds football ground.

My plan is to just get healthy. I'm not a fast food fan but most isn't very healthy. I think to lose wt and keep it off it's not a diet bt a lifestyle change that needs to happen. As the wt melts off with a healthy eating plan and exercise fast food would fade way into the background. Just a thought. good luck
