He ads1599. Why limit it to Weight Watchers? One of the beautiful things about FatSecret is that there are all kinds of weight loss journeys going on here - and we can learn from them all! I'd encourage you to look for buddies EVERYWHERE, and see what unexpected input they might give you.

I do regular calorie counting. Feel free to add me. Smile

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Ditto KK - not WW but feel free to add me too. I think there are WW groups here too or you can look for others on WW diet and send requests. I know with the points system WW uses you will want buddies who understand the conversions. Good luck!
I'm not losing WEIGHT. I'm converting FAT to MUSCLE to be healthier.

Are you talking about "muffins in a mug"? If so, I've never made any as I am afraid I will like TOO much. Do you log and track everything? Do they fit into your day's total?

Hiit
Indeed HIIT is the best way of working out for me! Think about cats, they sleep all day but can jump in a second if required! They only do few second of intense activities, never for 40min :)
