He ads1599. Why limit it to Weight Watchers? One of the beautiful things about FatSecret is that there are all kinds of weight loss journeys going on here - and we can learn from them all! I'd encourage you to look for buddies EVERYWHERE, and see what unexpected input they might give you.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. Ditto KK - not WW but feel free to add me too. I think there are WW groups here too or you can look for others on WW diet and send requests. I know with the points system WW uses you will want buddies who understand the conversions. Good luck!

I'm not losing WEIGHT. I'm converting FAT to MUSCLE to be healthier.

Yeah - never heard of bad pizza - and certainly, anything with bacon on it tastes great. I could put bacon and sauce on cardboard and it would be great.

Why you don't lose weight?
Limiting calories is the worst because your body starves all you mention the best way is to eat products with high nutritional level as vegetables...i live in a country where healthy food is ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
