Good for you! I only made 5 days and lost a couple pounds but I miss my glass of red wine too much and it turns out I really don't like meat enough to eat that much. And there aren't enough ways to eat fish and eggs! So Sad.

Low Carb High Fat is the way to go....forget the marketing hype "Low Fat and High Sugar" is the cause of Type II.
