I started my journey to get healthy in January 2012. Since, I have lost 43 lbs and have a little over 30 to go to reach my goal. I joined Take Shape for Life and have an awesome health coach which guides me every step of the way through ordering and eating the Medifast replacement meals. I am so glad I found this program and will not stop until I reach my optimal health.

I hate eggs! Breakfast Ideas?
Think outside the box. Eat any protein you like. We don't have to eat 'breakfast' foods for breaky, eat anything. I often have last nights dinner leftovers for breaky.

They are all basically the same.......... lose the processed, eat real natural foods and learn what works for your body and go with that. Atkins is usually misrepresented by people that have ony done ...

Those nacho cheese ball things are horrible! My mother in law likes them and gave me a pack and I could barely choke down the whole thing!
