You have got to be kidding me! Last week it was foot long Subway sandwiches then tacos, today, some salesman is in our faculty room with Domino's Pizza! No salad option, just pizza! Then a colleague puts her leftover red velvet cake in front of me, another puts her chocolate chip cookies and the social committee had a giant cheesecake! With cherries. All directly in front of me. What does that tell you? The world is out to keep me fat! I went to my room.

Good for you for getting away from the temptations! At my last job, a coworker kept a big basket full of bite size candy bars on the table in the main workroom, all year long. It was like Halloween every day. Another co worker and I would hide the basket when she wasn't looking, but then she'd notice and get upset and put more candy in it. I think she wanted us to be fatter than her, so she was making sure it happened.

Stay strong and maybe keep a low cal or low fat option at work for these types of meetings?

Fell of the wagon for a week
Are you drinking enough water? How is your salt consumption? When I crave sweets I drink a glass of water and if still craving I eat a pickle. Usually does the trick. If not I eat a few pieces of fruit.

Those nacho cheese ball things are horrible! My mother in law likes them and gave me a pack and I could barely choke down the whole thing!
