Motivation Needed!!!!

I have been on the Medifast diet for 7 months now and have lost 22%, which I am really happy about. I am started to plateau and need some motivation to keep going. I still have another 120 lbs to loose, and I am not ready to give up just yet. I just need something more... I have been going to the gym regularly (but am loosing motivation to do that too). Any and all suggestions are welcome!!! I really want to loose the weight, just need a little more help.

I lost 30 on MF. Make sure you are drinking your water, not over excercising (or change up your excercising..like go for a walk instead of the gym, something different)and make sure you are weighing your food. That tends to be the area you get laxed on and it really adds up. Also, the bites here and there of things not on plan really add up. Also, I found that my time of the month I either gained or kind of stablized. STICK WITH IT and be strong, it wil kick back in...you may even gain a lb or 2...but if you are doing the plan correctly it will kick back in.

It is sooooo worth it!! Stick with it!!!!!!

I see by your post that she is right! One problem for me is that, even though I go to the gym, I don't work out as hard when I'm there as I should. I really found that out when I used a trainer for a little while. And when I take any of the classes offered at my gym. The truth is that I take it just a little too easy. Walk at a comfortable pace, do a few machines, etc. I see it's been awhile since you posted. Are you still doing Medifast? If so, how is it going?

Those nacho cheese ball things are horrible! My mother in law likes them and gave me a pack and I could barely choke down the whole thing!
