How can I create a recipe to track my calories, etc. For example, I make smoothies. None of the listed recipes match my way of making them. Can I build a recipe, ingredient by ingredient?

Use the cookbook feature
But I am not sure how well it works with apps and stuff.
I know it works very well if you use a pc to access this place
