On Atkins it probably would be better to eat a yogurt with lots of fat. We aim at eating most of our daily calories from fat. And getting the fat in yogurt is certainly a very delicious way of doing it. I enjoy all the fatty versions that are either Greek or Balkan. I may eat mine with berries or with some roasted almond pieces or just like is

Taste wise I like the Greek Gods type. For the numbers I can't find anything better than Fage. And at Costco the price isn't too bad

I've recently gone off dairy, but the plain greek that I loved (& now miss) was by Wallaby. I used to get it at Whole Foods. Better sign off as my mouth is starting to water...

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
