Hi Everyone!
My name is Alex. I'm 17 years old and I fluctuate between 245 and 250 pounds. As of 10 minutes ago I was 247.
My goal is to lose 20 lb's, and then lose another 20... and just go from there! I don't want to go lower than 140, and I think I'll probably be comfortable at 175.

I'm the type of person that gives up on this type of stuff really easily, but I really do NEED this. I weigh so much that it is damaging my ankles, so I need to take off weight. I honestly just want to be able to run without feeling like my shins are gonna snap in half! LOL

Feel free to add me, I would really love some friends on here. I'm pretty shy to start with, but once I know you I'm a good friend, and a good person to go to for support.

Here's a picture of me, from today, in my new swimsuit!

Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
Alex

Hey Alex,
You're in the right place if you're serious about losing some weight. It does NOT have to be too hard, and there can be plenty of room for some fun along the way. That's how I've lost my weight.
Feel free to add me as a buddy, should you like. Enjoy your journey - you'll soon see that it's worth it all the way!

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.
