Found this formula on a blog, it seems to be what fat secret uses too, cuz if I put in that I sleep all day I get pretty close to the same number. The blog I found it on is here.

To calculate your BMR:

Women: BMR = 655 + (4.35 x weight (lbs.)) + (4.7 x height (ins.)) – (4.7 x age (yrs.))

Men: BMR = 66 + (6.23 x weight (lbs.)) + ( 12.7 x height (ins.)) – ( 6.8 x age (yrs.))
