Hey everyone! I am looking for friends to help me remain on goal and keep my motivation up! I had done LA Weight Loss in the past and lost over 60 lbs! I then got pregnant with twins and was put on medical hold. I started again when the twins were about 6 months old, and lost 20 lbs, then got pregnant again! NO MORE babies... and its time for mommy to lose the weight for good! Anyone wanna help me remain positive????

As my mom always tells me... "You know how to do it, you've lost 70lbs before and you can do it again." So... YOU CAN DO IT!!! I did LA as well, it worked... but fell off the wagon as soon as they shut down. No more meetings... no ones checking your diary. But, we can do it... This site has helped me alot! GOOD LUCK!

Thanks! Thats what my hubby has been telling me too! I find it SO hard to get all my meals in though... chasing two 2yr olds and an 8month old (as well as a 10 year old) doesn't leave alot of time for ME. I went for my 1st weigh in since restarting on Wed and lost 6.6 lbs doing Take Off. Sure most of that was water weight and it was the first day of my menstral on Wed.. so that prob didn;t help. Made my day though! Yay!!

I am glad our center wasn't one to shut down. I don't think I am accountable enough if I didn't have someone checking on me, honestly.... How are things going for you??

I have total respect for women who have babies, because that causes a huge change in the body!!! congrats for giving life haha. But yeah. Just remeber it's not about the road ahead it's about taking it step by step.

Things are going good. I keep in contact with one of the women that worked at the center, I'm using Ocean Spray Diet juice as my take off. 4 cups of that a day... I did one 3 weeks ago and lost 4lbs which gave me my jump start. I've almost hit the ten mark. Only lost .4 or something this past week, so I'm doing it again Tues and Wed just to see if i can loose enough to get past that hump. I think all the centers in Ontario closed... sucked cause I didnt get my money back. I rejoined after my year for another and was 2 mths in... I'm sure chasing the kids around will help you shed a few lbs. Keep up the good work... Keep my posted!!!

well I wish you luck LizMelo! I am in ND, about an hour away from Canada! I think I am freezing with you! Kinda would be nice to keep on the extra insulation! I should be in for a weigh in today, but its too flippin cold to take all my babies out. Have to give my oldest a ride to school tomorrow.. so will do it then. Fingers crossed.. Sat evenin had 2 meals left to eat and decided to have a few drinks instead.. which then led to a few chips, and some candy... eek. Ah well... the first time I did this, I totally beat myself up when I went off track, this time I am rolling with the punches!
