i have been on la for a few years now. i lost 120 lbs. i have gained some back not because of the plan but due to my mouth opening for too much garbage. on tuesday i did the take-off using ocean spray blueberry diet juice mixed with water. all the greens i wanted and 6 oz of protein a day for two days. i am finally back on trade. i lost 6 lbs. i do not do the bars . am interested in enjoying a few here and there. i have purchased the luna bars. what would i count them as. i am on plan 3 with no bars. have never used the bars only at take-off when the centres where opened. did not use any bars on this take off and had a good result. can anyone help me with adding the bars. do i stay on the same plan or go to the next level down due to the increase in eating the bars.
