Is there anyone doing L A Weight Loss who has found a substitue for their bars that you are suppose to eat 2 times a day. I think they taste find but I refuse to pay the price they charge for the bars. I am certain someone has found a substitue and just wondering if anyone on this site might have one. I have done LA before and I used South Beach breakfast bars--not the snack bars. They were pretty close in cals, fat, and protein.

Vegetable Choices, Unlimited
Use Fresh or raw
Asparagus, broccoli, celery, cucumbers, endive, escarole, green cabbage, green onions, green peppers, lettuce, romaine lettuce, zucchini

I think there are 2 different take off's. The regular take off, which you do when you first start is the one with unlimited meats and green veggies and the take off juice. Then in our book there is the take off 2 which is probably one you do once you've already started the program. It's a little different, you can only have 6 oz of protein but unlimited green veggies.

Try this its working for me
the math is done just once to have an idea that you are eating within the guidelines you desire. I did the math and use the FS site to enter all the food i ate until I figured out the amount I could eat ...
