You must have "unlimited amounts" of the following meats, poultry, fish.
Beef (chuck roast, flank steak, filet mignon, ground meat, rump roast, sirloin, t-bone)
Shellfish - Fresh (clams, crab, lobster, mussels, oysters, shrimp)
Vegetable Choices, Unlimited
Use Fresh or raw
Asparagus, broccoli, celery, cucumbers, endive, escarole, green cabbage, green onions, green peppers, lettuce, romaine lettuce, zucchini
