Greetings,
I am going back to LA weight loss by what I know and by using some tips I have found here. I am going to do it myself. I was recently on HCG but began experiencing hair loss. I had started with LA but gained every week-end. Recently had some pictures from a graduation and I saw I needed to get back on a program. Would appreciate some buddies.

Ya you need to get back on program to lose your weight.
You should do cardio and weight exercise to shape up your body and you also take such diet which is more effective for the cholesterol control and weight reduction.

Cauliflower pizza
These sound scrummy recipes. Just a thought about the water, maybe try cooking the cauli so it's still a little crunchy. The more you cook caulies the more their structure breaks up.
