SO... as of today, I am officially the lightest I have been since I was growing the twins! Yay me! Now.. to lose the remaining 18lbs and hopefully my pre-twinskie wardrobe will fit once again!!

So very pleased with myself! Makes all my sacrificing over the wknd worth it!!!

RND ROB you did it great but it is rarely applicable for everyone because of less motivation towards workouts we mostly try managing our weight through diet control so it is gonna be a harmful practice ...
