My favorite nite time snack (1 protein, 1 fruit, 1 starch) is 3 baby bel light chz (3 = protein), a "pink lady" apple, and two white cheddar rice cakes. I also eat my coconut LA lite bar too! Its like a smorgasboard of nummy diet food!

Whats YOUR favorite night time treats that you can't live without, but are diet friendly???

UGH. I get sooooo hungry @ night. I want to raid my kitchen. More specifically, I crave carbs @ night. What should I eat?

have celery sticks. they burn more calories then you intake because of all the chewing! a nurse told me this. Plus, lots of water. Nights are the hardest for me too.

i love a graham cracker and 2 tbsps of peanut butter on top! a small glass of milk on the side makes it even better. this way, you feel satisfied and full, but you've still had a small and relatively low-cal portion.

I like to melt a tbsp of peanut butter in the microwave then drizzle it over a banana. Top with a dollop of sugar-free cool whip. Could add some crushed walnuts too.

I like to bake a whole banana in the oven then sprinkle cinnamon and crushed almonds on it. Then I top it off with a little honey. So yummy and satisfies my sweet tooth.

I've never heard of baked banana, but it sounds great.

If I do have a bedtime snack, I'm tempted to go after anything I can find. I like popcorn, graham crackers with butter (or Nutella), a mini candy bar, or a glass of orange juice. Not all on the same night, of course. It all depends on how I have done on my day calorie wise, some nights I have to try to get something extra in for the day. Some days I have to decline the bedtime snack because I was naughty earlier in the day.

Hot chocolate with butterscotch schnaps is always a treat. Helps me sleep too!
