I'm new here and I hope by posting daily will help keep me accountable. I've signed up for challenge,LOSE 12 BY THE TWELVE DAYS OF XMAS, so we'll see if that helps.
I did so well with the scales and eating last week and now here it is Monday and the scales is UP UP UP!! I've got to eat more regularly on the weekends and pick better choices. If anyone else has had this issue with the weekends and have any suggestions I would certainly like to hear them.
