first day of my diet! went to the gymn for 30 minutes and lost 101 calories very proud!anyone got any there tips for me to lose weight fast?

Low carb, moderate protein and high saturated fats (butter, coconut oil, cheese) is faster than any other diet I've been on. Don't bust your butt exercising too hard though. It produces the stress hormone cortisol which will stall weight loss. Walking is best with the odd sprint or weight resistance. Check out the principles of Primal or Paleo lifestyle. Good luck!

Don't worry about losing weight fast. Fast weight loss isn't really good. Generally accepted is 1 lbs a week. Just be consistent.

80 pounds = the Worlds Largest Ball of Tape 90 pounds = a newborn calf Im in-between these. I have about 15-10 lbs left to lose which will make it just over 100 lbs. lost.
