Losing a half pound per day is not realistic. If you were to lose that quickly, it would be a fast trip to the emergency room.

Quickly losing any more than 1 to 1.5 pounds per week will likely be water weight, and will be regained just as fast. Only the obese person under medical supervision can expect lose between 3 to 4 pounds per week, but that number decreases as they continue their weight loss program.

According to your information, you are at 133 currently... losing 1/2 pound a day is doable, for a very short term at that weight. Losing 1/2 lb to 1 lb a week is a much more reachable, realistic goal...

Remember not to cut your calories below 1200...
