Hot tea or diet (caffiene free) soda work for me if you don't have an cals left. If you do, maybe some fruit like fresh berries. I also recently discovered phily swirl brand creamsicles for 14 cals each! Even just a small piece of dark chocolate will do the trick. If you consistently want a little something sweet in the evening, I figure you have two choices- try to fight it or plan for it. I tend to go with the latter and always leave some space for something. Or you can take another approach completely and do something else- like take a bubble bath or do your nails (since you won't be tempted to eat when they're drying!). It's also recomended that you "close the kitchen" for the night or brush your teeth when you're done eating.

Drink a large glass of water and tell yourself you can eat in the morning. You just have to will yourself not to cave in. I've had this problem most of my adult life. Good luck!

I like to have something sweet in the evening so I just try to plan for it in my calorie count. Some good options are sugar free jello or jello pudding, Edy's frozen Fruit Bars (80 calories each), Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches, 1/2 cup or a cup of fresh berries, pineapple or watermelon, or a couple of slices of apple with a spoonful of peanut butter. Just be sure to measure out whatever you eat and be sure to track the calories!

weight watches dark chocolate raspberry ice cream bars (I think their 80 calories) or a piece of fruit. Or hot tea. Now that the summer is fading I will be enjoying a cup of hot tea every night.

As strange as it might sound, try a dill pickle. Something about the crucnhy, salty, vinigar of a pickle kills the hell out of my sweet tooth.
