When entering my food on my calender, it shows cheese as having carbs???? The Nutrition label on the package says ZERO carbs.....? (I checked ALL the cheese on the fatsecret list) any suggestions?

The food database will not sync if the numbers don't add up and some cheese packages say <1 or less than 1 carb, but the database won't allow that so it has to be rounded up to 1, since it is not honestly 0. You can create your own entry for the specific brand you eat in the database to make sure the numbers are correct.

Packaged food is allowed to say 0 carbs when it is less than .5 so it will have some carbs in it. As long as you don't overindulge, you should be fine; And remember, Atkins recommends you eat less than 4 ounces of cheese daily.
