Oh who cares if you broke down. All of us have weak moments and years of our habits have led us there. It might take you some more time to really break those desperate moments. If you do slip, just add some more exercise and water and green tea. If you focus so much about it, it could cause you to quit the diet. Just brush it off, and work out the calories. Celebrate all of the times you did keep driving by those temptations.
