I broke my diet in a bad way today. I saw Krispy Kreme, I new it should have kept driving but the next thing I new I was ordering. God it was great. It was so so great. Original glazed, yum. I should have taken a different route. Tomorrow is a new day.

nothing proud about this guys. I couldnt beleive i was eating it as i was eating it. i felt disgusting for the whole day. i was so upset when i had finished it as I had undone all of my hard work. i got back on track today and felt better for it.

Oh who cares if you broke down. All of us have weak moments and years of our habits have led us there. It might take you some more time to really break those desperate moments. If you do slip, just add some more exercise and water and green tea. If you focus so much about it, it could cause you to quit the diet. Just brush it off, and work out the calories. Celebrate all of the times you did keep driving by those temptations.Smile
