A personal traininer friend of mine once told me all you need to do is 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups/crunches a day to tone up. Easier said than done Rolling Eyes

Darn right easier said than done. I'd be lucky to get into double figures on either.

I bought a skipping rope and am going to try to a few 5 minutes twice a day of jumping and try to build up. Sure helps me work up a sweat and gets my heart pumping so fast its like I'm an athlete Rolling Eyes

We just got digital cable and I found "excercise on demand." It's free and they have every kind of workout video in the book. I go to "quick workouts" which are no more than 10 min a piece and do 3 in a day whenever I can fit them in. In the end it adds up to 30 minutes and I've worked out several parts of my body without having to kill 30 minutes at one time.
