I bought a skipping rope and am going to try to a few 5 minutes twice a day of jumping and try to build up. Sure helps me work up a sweat and gets my heart pumping so fast its like I'm an athlete Rolling Eyes

We just got digital cable and I found "excercise on demand." It's free and they have every kind of workout video in the book. I go to "quick workouts" which are no more than 10 min a piece and do 3 in a day whenever I can fit them in. In the end it adds up to 30 minutes and I've worked out several parts of my body without having to kill 30 minutes at one time.

chair work out
Some of the exercises my Move App has me do at work are seated. I'm in decent shape and some are pretty challenging! Definitely good stuff!! :)

I bought my mom 5 Leslie Sansone workouts and she loss 20lbs. I enjoy her workouts as well. She kept me from gaining too much during my pregnancies.
