You might have all found this already, but when you search for foods in the kitchen it comes up with a full calorie/fat/protein/carb etc table so you can see & calculte exactly what you're eating! I agree! One thing I discovered is that it's a good idea to include a description of what a "serving" size is, if your recipe makes more than one serving.
