You might have all found this already, but when you search for foods in the kitchen it comes up with a full calorie/fat/protein/carb etc table so you can see & calculte exactly what you're eating! Hello
I just toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put on a baking sheet covered with foil and cook until tender (about 10-15 minutes) It's delicious!!
