WOW! This no sugar is hard work. My body is aching, my head is not right, I feel low (and by the way I also stopped drinking coffee, but kept tea going). I know I will come good but it is incredible how different (and heavy headed) I feel right now. It's been 2 days that I have been seriously going for it so hopefully there is only another few days of it left before i turn the corner.

The worst culprit for the way you feel is probably stopping the coffee. I have tried to get my husband off of coffee but he feels so bad that he can never managed to kick the habit. Unless you think you need to give up coffee for the diet to work, start drinking it again of go to 1/2 caf. You can still put in lowfat milk and art. sweetener if you like. If you are eating low glycemic carbs, that will probably help if you are having problems giving up sugar. You will stop wanting sugar if you keep up sugar busters for several days. Good luck.

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
You can use shakes for a few days. I have used the Atkins shakes and they are very good tasting. Soups are good though as stated above you may have to puree them. You could puree or blend cottage cheese ...
