Same issue. The app wouldn't let me be accurate, but now I found the website and it does let me be accurate. Anyone?

I had a similar problem and here's how I fixed it... Using the website, log in and then at the top it says "Hello <user>" | "My weight: <weight>" | "Sign out". Click on "My weight". This will bring up a page with a link at the right "My FatSecret". Click on that then click on "My Diet". From that page you can change things like your starting weight or your goal weight or your RDI.

yep, its easy to change

Click on 'My Weight History' right hand column, then down on the right it gives you options to change what you want to change
if weight loss was easy, everybody would be doing it
